Feedbach for Knowledge Workers
Feedbach is for you that are committed to doing a good job and improving yourself.
You take ownership of your own development, collecting feedback broadly from your customers and everyone taking part in your deliveries, wheather it is the paying customer, other employees with the client, end-users, etc. Not everyone will respond, but collectively you will achieve a good data foundation for further evaluation and reflection. You should follow up with those you have invited, ask them to elaborate, and set your improvement goals together with them.
You are committed to doing a good job and improving yourself. You appreciate all kinds of feedback. Positive feedback makes you proud, whereas constructive feedback helps you learn, grow and improve.
You should not stop seeking feedback through dialogue and conversations. This is where specific feedback emerges, and insights into details that can help you achieve your improvement goals can be learned. Feedbach is a useful support tool for this work!
You can create survey types for long-term assignments, for service deliveries and for workshops and courses. They all cover your knowledge and expertise. While the long-term assignment surveys also cover your impact on the working environment, the delivery surveys cover communication and quality, and the workshop surveys cover presentation topics.
The survey questions are fixed. That is because we want them to be comparable between surveys, so that improvement can be measured. That is also why we have put a lot of effort into finding which questions will cover the essential properties of the type of work, and at the same time keeping the responder experience easy and efficient.
You can read a more in-depth article about the questions for the long-term surveys, where the categories knowledge, knowledge sharing, influence and cooperation are covered. These are areas we believe constitute the essence of the typical consultant role. While you won't get a complete picture, it will document how you perform in an environment at a high level and give you an indication of areas for improvement.
